The same cryptographic trust layer used by institutional student housing operators. Every photo is fingerprinted at capture and sealed with a hash chain. In a deposit conversation, neither side can claim the photos were taken later, edited, or swapped. The record decides, not the argument.

It starts with a single move-in
A tenant documents their move-in in five minutes and shares the sealed record with their landlord. The landlord receives a link, sees the seal, and can protect every property the same way in one click. That is the whole onboarding.
Utility meter readings
Either party photographs a meter - water, electricity, or gas. VeriProp reads the digits via AI, the uploader confirms the reading, and the photo is saved as part of the unit record. Shared between landlord and tenant, per unit. No more handwritten meter sheets or disputed readings at move-out.
Free means free
No monthly fee, no trial that expires, no per-unit pricing. VeriProp Platform earns a small transaction fee when rent is collected through the platform. If you collect rent yourself, you pay nothing.
