The data moat

Every sealed record adds to a structured dataset that no competitor can replicate by writing code. Unit-level condition baselines, tenancy wear patterns, damage type distributions by building age, fixture grade, and operator — this data accumulates with every move-in and move-out wave.

This data cannot be bought. It requires a working product in the hands of real tenants and operators.
