How the pilot works.
Two phases. Tenants document first. Managers walk in briefed.
Onboarding
One 30-minute call. We configure your building, generate QR codes for every unit, and brief your ops team. Your team places the codes on doors.
No IT involvement. No PMS integration.
Tenant move-out window
Tenants are notified when their window opens. They scan the QR on their door and document every room on their phone. No app download. Takes 5 minutes. You decide how long the window stays open.
What this produces
A condition report is generated from tenant documentation and released to your dashboard before your managers do their walkthrough. They know what to look for before they open the door.
Manager walkthrough
Your manager does the post-move-out walkthrough using the same QR flow. Their record is sealed alongside the tenant documentation.
What this produces
A final building condition summary — unit ratings, flagged units, expected workload. Your briefing document for the refurbishment team.

Sealed condition record per unit
Every documented unit produces a cryptographically sealed report. Tamper-proof, timestamped, legally defensible if a deposit dispute arises.
Post-tenant condition report
Generated from tenant documentation before the manager walkthrough. Unit-by-unit condition ratings. Managers walk in knowing what to expect.
Final building condition summary
Generated from both tenant and manager records. Flagged units, expected workload, condition ratings. Your briefing document for the refurbishment team.

The entire flow runs in the browser. No app download. Tenants scan the QR on their door and complete documentation in about 5 minutes.

Pilot cost
This pilot is free. We are running it to understand whether VeriProp genuinely improves how operators manage move-out waves — and whether our documentation flow works cleanly in practice. We want to know where friction appears and what needs refining before we build further. In exchange you get the full product: sealed condition records, a pre-walkthrough condition report, and a building summary after move-out. No cost, no commitment. If it works well, we talk about what continued access looks like.

Scale and timing
How many units or beds you plan to run the pilot on, and your preferred move-out window dates.

Room numbers, room types, and building address. A CSV export from your PMS is ideal. A spreadsheet works too.
